Wonder | R.j.Palacio

So as you may have seen in my 'Divergent Trilogy' post I told everyone I was reading the book 'Wonder' by R.J.Palacio and I have just recently finished reading Wonder so i decided to do a review on it as I found it a very interesting book.

I found this book very interesting and was hooked and didnt take me very long to read. The chapters are usually a page or two long I think the biggest chapter was four or five. It is also split into several parts where different characters have their insight so in each part it is about a different person.

The book is mainly about;

There is a young boy named August or as his friends and family call him (Auggie) and August was born with a facial disfigurement, so basically his facial features are differently placed then everyone else. August has never been to a school before but his parents suggest he goes to High school as he is at that age but obviously with it being his first school he is nervous and to start with he is disliked and kids make fun of him but he gains friends and although some still dislike him he finds it easier. So it is basically about August's life but there are parts when it is about his friends and family.

This book is soooo good because it is a fictional biography and they are my favourite type of books so if you like books like this then you should definitedly read this. I don't see any reason why anyone would dislike this book as it is amazing. I hope the author creates more books like this because I will definitedly buy them. If fictional Biography is not your thing then you could try it because you never know you might like it after all you shouldnt 'judge a book by it's cover.'

So I suggest you go out and buy Wonder you can get it from Whsmiths, Waterstones, Amazon etc just basically book shops and internet so I hope you get it because you will thank me later.

Also at the minute I am reading the first book in the 'Game of Thrones' series as I love the tv series of Game of Thrones so I received the first two books the first book from my friend who is a fellow lover of Game Of Thrones and my other friend Sophie bought me the second. So this is also a good book but I suggest you watch the tv series first or you will be really really confused.
